Choose a plan by operating model, not by missing features
Every Gym Tek plan includes the core operating system, so a lower-priced plan does not create unsafe gaps at the gate or remove the records staff need to serve members. Choose monthly billing when you want the smallest initial commitment, annual billing when you prefer one predictable invoice and priority support, or the chain plan when rollout, branch coordination, and hardware assistance matter. The plan cards show the billing period and service differences in Jordanian dinars, while the product capabilities remain consistent.
Understand the complete cost before you start
Gym Tek does not take a percentage from the membership money your gym collects through CliQ. Optional hardware and message capacity are shown separately because they depend on how your club operates. A club can begin with an existing Android tablet and supported browser, then add a prepared hardware bundle later. WhatsApp Business provider fees beyond the included allowance are external usage costs, not hidden subscription charges. Before activation, the team confirms the selected plan, expected member volume, branches, migration needs, and any optional equipment.
Use the trial to prove complete workflows
A useful trial should test more than whether a dashboard opens. Import a representative set of members, create the plans you actually sell, connect one branch, run allowed and denied gate scenarios, schedule a class, complete a personal training session, issue an invoice, and open the member portal on a real phone. Check Arabic and English with the staff who will use them. This produces a practical go-live decision and exposes process questions while the setup is still easy to change.
Migration and launch remain controlled
After you contact the team, setup starts with your club structure and access model. Member data can be imported from a structured spreadsheet or reviewed from an existing system export. Roles are assigned deliberately so reception, trainers, managers, and owners see only the work they need. The launch checklist covers plans, branches, staff, integrations, kiosk readiness, and member communication. Your existing member data remains available if you decide the service is not a fit during the stated trial period.
