Before you start
Use an email you control. Your account password is also your gym password.
Register and create your gym
- On the plans page, choose a plan. On Create your Gym Tek account, enter your name, email and the password once (the show button reveals what you typed; the phone is optional), then choose Create account. Each error appears under its field.
- Open the confirmation email and use its link. If you mistyped the email, correct it on the confirmation page.
- On your account page, type the gym name and check its address, then choose Create your gym. You go straight into the new gym, already signed in.
- Next time, sign in on the website and choose Open your gym, or sign in at your gym's own address. Staff always sign in at the gym's address.

You are inside your gym on its own address, on the Gym setup page.
Alternatives and safe recovery
Forgot your gym address? Use Find your gym on the website; for the website account password, use its own password recovery. While sign-up is paused, the plans page offers no plans and your account page shows We will contact you to set up your gym.

No. Central help covers registration and creating the gym only. Full editions require an active staff account in the gym with an authorized role.
